Linh Truong and Hana James are the innovative founders of The Soap Dispensary and Greenhouse Juice Co. respectively. Considered essential services, both owners have been able to keep doors open over the last few months, but have had to drastically adjust operations to adapt to a new environment. On Wednesday, May 27th, they’ll join us from Vancouver and Toronto to share how they are successfully incorporating new virtual and delivery solutions and most importantly, continue to service their customers with the products they need most.

In 2004, sisters Mandy and Rebecca Wolfe took a leap of faith and opened up Mandy’s Salad Bar, Montreal’s first-ever “create-your-own gourmet salad” restaurant. Sixteen years later, the co-owners have built a mini empire that includes eight successful locations with local and international expansion in the works for 2020. But when Covid hit, business as usual came to a standstill and growth plans were effectively put on pause. What happened next?
