Meet Mandy and Rebecca Wolfe
Co-Founders of Mandy’s Salads
In 2004, two sisters, Mandy and Rebecca Wolfe took a leap of faith and opened up Mandy’s Salad Bar (Mandy’s), Montreal’s first-ever “create-your-own gourmet salad” restaurant, in the back of clothing store Mimi and Coco. With no initial signage in its first year, Mandy’s grew solely by word-of-mouth and, with it, grew a Mandy’s community.
The two sisters and equal partners complement each other perfectly with Mandy as the Creative Food Director & Chef, and Rebecca as the Designer and Head of Brand Marketing. Known by many as the “Salad Sisters”, the concept behind Mandy’s first developed from their mutual desire to bring the NYC salad-bar craze to Montreal and, it worked!
Fast-forward sixteen years later, Mandy and Rebecca are now the proud owners of eight successful Mandy’s locations– with many more new locations on its way – both locally and internationally! The first of a two book deal cookbook is due to launch Spring 2020. The sisters are also mothers to seven kids between the two of them.

About the Series
In the midst of this unprecedented COVID climate, Women of Influence and presenting sponsors BDC & Cisco are travelling (virtually) from coast to coast to tap into the first-hand perspectives, guidance, and key insights of Canada’s leading entrepreneurs.
Our MC will sit down with business owners of varying sizes, industries, and stages of growth who will share how they are managing — both personally and professionally — and what strategies they are using to survive in their respective fields (and how others can do the same). Connecting via the Cisco Webex platform, the Women of Influence community will have the opportunity to ask direct questions about similar business issues they are facing.
