Yvonne Chan

Yvonne Chan is an occupational healthcare industry expert and the Founder and CEO of Santé Circle Health, an occupational healthcare company. After being unable to advocate for herself after a serious accident in her teenage years, Yvonne has dedicated her career to helping others in their recovery journey, combining her knowledge in healthcare with helping people with disabilities find their voice through her company. Working with employers, she helps employees prevent illness, stay at work more productively, or return to work after an illness or injury. Yvonne is the trusted occupational health advisor to federal government agencies, crown corporations, provincial ministries, worker’s compensation boards, municipalities, financial institutions, and private employers of all sizes. In partnering with Yvonne, organizations have benefitted from improved productivity, decreased absenteeism, decreased duration of disability, and improved workplace culture. 

As a Chinese-Canadian woman entrepreneur, Yvonne is passionate about giving back to the community through her volunteer work as President of the Association of Chinese Canadian Entrepreneurs (ACCE), Canada’s premiere, national, non-profit business association dedicated to encouraging entrepreneurship and strengthening Chinese-Canadian businesses in the global market. After winning the ACCE award for Best Community Service in 2022, Yvonne accepted the association’s offer to become President — and the second woman to ever take on this role in ACCE’s 30-year history. With ACCE, she travels globally working with all levels of government to help entrepreneurs grow their businesses locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally.   

Yvonne also serves with other Presidents and CEOs of Canadian businesses through her leadership role as past Chair of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) in Toronto. She has been part of many YPO initiatives to increase the presence of women in top executive roles throughout Canada. Over 10 years, Yvonne was part of YPO teams that helped grow Canadian YPO women members from five per cent to 25 per cent. Fueled by her desire to make a difference, Yvonne is a voice and advocate for entrepreneurship and women’s leadership throughout Canada.
