Dr. Victoria Lee

She is an innovative, strategic thinker who has transformed the health service delivery organization she leads, impacting a diverse population of more than two million people.

Dr. Victoria Lee is the President and CEO of Fraser Health, one of the largest and most complex health service delivery systems in Canada. She is responsible for the strategic direction and operations of integrated health services that are provided by 48,000 people who serve a diverse population of more than two million people in the region. 

Dr. Lee bridges cultural divides to foster an environment of innovation, inclusivity, and impact. Under Dr. Lee’s leadership, transformative changes have occurred at the organization including a system-wide digital twin, planetary health strategy, and over $10 billion in multi-year large capital investments.

Before joining Fraser Health, Dr. Lee collaborated with national and international organizations such as the United Nations Development Programme and the World Bank in the areas of development, human rights, health, and climate. She also gained valuable experience as a travel physician in rural communities in Chile and Brazil.

Dr. Lee holds a medical degree from the University of Western Ontario, a Royal College Fellowship in Community Medicine and Family Medicine from the University of Toronto, and post-graduate degrees in Public Health and Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University. She serves as a champion for the World Economic Forum’s Edison Alliance and as a Director on the boards of CARE Canada, Digital Supercluster and Public Policy Forum.
