Best Workplaces for Women 2017

Today Great Places to Work^® announced their list of the Best Workplaces in Canada for Women in 2017.  To qualify, organizations needed to be Great Place to Work Certified™  within the past year, have a minimum of 50 female employees, and provide a male/female breakdown by job level. The employees surveyed at the organizations on this list had a minimum 90% positive response to the statement “I am treated fairly regardless of my gender,” and other factors considered included workplace trust experienced by females, as well as development programs that support women.
