9 A.M. The day starts with a visit to Hyduke Energy Services Inc., an Edmonton-based company that provides services and equipment for the oil and gas industry, to highlight important initiatives that promote the responsible development of natural resources.

11 A.M. After an interview with CTV Edmonton, Minister Ambrose then heads over to Touchmark at Wedgewood Retirement Community for a coffee break and chat with seniors about how Canada’s Economic Action plan affects them.

1 P.M. Speaking at the Edmonton Petroleum Club, the Minister addresses the Alberta Enterprise Group, a non-profit organization committed to making the Province of Alberta a place of prosperity and quality of life.

3 P.M. Minister Ambrose visits DataGardens, an innovative Edmonton-based software company, to highlight initiatives that support Canadian entrepreneurs and innovation.

5 P.M. Ending her day at a roundtable with representatives from Spruce Grove and Stony Plain Chambers of Commerce and the cities of Spruce Grove, Stony Plain and Parkland County, the Minister talks about Economic Action Plan 2012 and what it means for Albertans.
