Women In Leadership Foundation

The Women In Leadership Foundation (WIL) is a non-profit organization embracing a goal to create positive change in the future of women’s leadership. Founded in 2001, WIL is comprised of dedicated and dynamic individuals who are passionate about inspiring women to be their best and encourage them to celebrate their unique talents and successes. With chapters in Vancouver, Kelowna, Calgary, Toronto and Ottawa, and with chapters in Montreal, Paris and London in the works, WIL brings together more than 2,000 women annually through events and programs to collaborate in the development of their leadership skills. We are dedicated to showcasing authentic female role models in a wide variety of sectors, and have had much success in this through our Mentorship Program. We believe that we all can learn from, inspire and encourage each other through all stages of our lives, and this unique program allows both the Mentor and Mentee to learn and empower one another.
