What is the one piece of advice that you would give to aspiring entrepreneurs?

Go ahead and do it, take a leap of faith!

What do you wish you knew at the beginning?

Since I did not pursue a post-college education, I had to acquire some of my learning through experience. I must admit that it would have been helpful to know those elements at the beginning of my career.
