On June 11th, we welcomed Shelagh Stoneham, Senior Vice President, Marketing at Shoppers Drug Mart, to share her success story via an insightful Q&A led by CP24 News Anchor Lindsey Deluce. In addition to hard work, setting goals and being a strong leader, Shelagh emphasized the importance of knowing the culture of a company before investing your time—energy should be spent on doing good work, not on trying to fit in.
