Volunteer at Women of Influence Events 

Women of Influence Inc. is always looking for enthusiastic and responsible volunteers on an event-by-event basis. Both the Deloitte Women of Influence Luncheon series and Young Women of Influence Evening Series seeks volunteers to assist in event execution.

Deloitte Women of Influence Luncheon Series event volunteer opportunities exist in: Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Waterloo, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, and Halifax.

Young Women of Influence Evening Series volunteer opportunities exist in: Calgary and Toronto.

Volunteers at Deloitte Women of Influence Luncheon Series events have the following roles:

·         Assembling, lifting and setting up materials

·         Greeting & Registration of attendees

·         Assistance with Burt’s Bee’s sales tables

·         Collecting Ballots for door prizes

In return, you will enjoy an inspirational keynote speech, a complementary lunch, and build your network. The time commitment would be from 8am – 2pm.

Volunteers at the Young Women of Influence Evening Series events have the following roles:

·         Assembling and setting up materials

·         Greeting & Registration of attendees

·         Assistance with connecting activity and networking

·         Collecting Ballots for door prizes

In return, you will enjoy an inspirational keynote speech or panel discussion, participate in valuable networking, and take home a gift bag. The time commitment would be from 5pm – 8pm.
