We wonder how this could possibly still be news, but it is, and it’s great to have organizations like Catalyst to keep reporting on the facts to drive cultural change. Cultural evolution is tough work, but if enough of us believe that it works, and the numbers illustrate that it works, perhaps the resistance will slowly erode and the tools will become sharper.
