TORONTO, June 1, 2015—Deloitte and Women of Influence announced today that they have entered into a strategic alliance. The agreement, which builds on a long-standing relationship between the two organizations, will enable them to make greater strides in advancing inclusion through gender diversity in the workplace.
“We have sponsored Women of Influence since its inception over 20 years ago. This alliance extends our shared vision of promoting and supporting business leaders in creating an inclusive workplace from the boardroom to the front-line customer, thereby enhancing inclusion and diversity at every level,” said Heather Stockton, leader of the Human Capital practice. Many organizations have diversity in their policy documents, but they often struggle to bring those values to life. “By working together, we’ll be better positioned to help clients and Deloitte implement inclusion and diversity strategies, develop female leaders, and reap the rewards of a more gender diverse workforce.”
