She currently holds the title of President of The Jones Group Canada, spearheading the strategies behind all divisions of the business from buying and wholesale to merchandising and retail development.

Carrie discovered her passion for the industry 25 years ago as the head of a top wholesale sales agency in Montreal, representing iconic brands Alfred Sung and Ports International. After gaining hands-on experience in wholesale management, she brought her expertise and enthusiasm to Liz Claiborne Canada as Merchandising Director for brands like DKNY, Dana Buchman, Liz Claiborne and Kenneth Cole.

Carrie’s passion and strong vision for rebuilding brands led her to the role of General Merchandising Manager, where for eight years she successfully reengineered the merchandising strategies for top national retailers including Hudson’s Bay Company and Zellers. In 2010, she accepted the prestige position of President of Jones Group Canada.

Carrie’s excellent vendor relationships, unique management style and innate connection to her customer are qualities that have driven her to thrive as a leader in her career.

Passionate about empowering women in business, Carrie is an active member of the Global Advisory for G(irls)20, a renowned global non-profit that aims to mobilize girls and young women for economic advancement locally and worldwide. She also sits on the Board of Directors for The Canadian Club of Toronto, Canada’s preeminent public affairs podium that connects the public with influencers in politics, business, social development and the media.
