My first job ever was… at 15 years old, working in concessions at a movie theatre. It was a ton of fun and I got to watch a lot of movies!

I decided to be an entrepreneur because… I enjoy seeing ideas come to life. It’s rewarding to be able to see a proof of concept.

My proudest accomplishment is… growing the company to having over 100 employees. I’m grateful for the team in helping bring the vision to life.

My biggest setback was… like every other start-up, financials.

I overcame it by… bootstrapping the business. It is very important to me to remain agile even as we grow.

My best advice for aspiring entrepreneurs is… don’t overthink it.

The one piece of advice I give that I have trouble following myself is… learning how to turn it “off.” I am constantly thinking about my business 24/7 and my biggest challenge would be fully disconnecting when needed.

My next step is… to expand Sukoshi Mart internationally!
