Built on the belief that women deserve the high-paying, high-growth jobs STEM offers, #MoveTheDial creates change by making strategic partnerships with big change makers and providing space for women to network, learn, and be inspired by the stories of women who have risen through the ranks in science, technology, engineering, and math to become leaders. On November 7, 2018, #MoveTheDial will host its first annual Global Summit in Toronto, and since its inception in January 2017, the organization has made significant strides in reducing the tech gender gap.
