Grail Noble, CEO, Yellow House Events

Grail Noble is the founder and CEO of Yellow House Events, a North American event marketing agency. “We are the architects of a collective vision…with a blueprint for lasting impressions. We bring brands to life”.

Grail has grown the agency from just one employee working from her home  into a full-service $5 million dollar, North American marketing agency.  Boasting an impressive 2395% growth rate and named #16 on 2012 Profit Magazine’s Top-200-Fastest-Growing-Companies list, it is the fastest growing company on that list run by a female CEO.  Now with offices in Toronto’s Distillery District, 9 full time employees and a U.S. office in Orlando, Yellow House services blue-chip clients including TELUS, Revlon, MasterCard, Siemens, RIM, Kyocera, Dell to name a few.  She has also been named to Profit Magazine’s W100 list for the past 2 years and Yellow House was nominated as one of the “Top 10 Places to Work” in Canada.

Grail gives back to the event marketing and entrepreneurial community by speaking at industry events and writing advice columns for the Globe & Mail, Financial Post and Women’s Post. She also donates 1% of her sales to charity. “I believe companies that do good, will do well ”, she says.  Noble has raised well over a million dollars for charity over the course of her career.

Grail honed her marketing and management skills working for companies like YTV, the National Basketball Association and Molson on internationally televised events and promotions. Then, at 32 years old and 7 months pregnant, she went out on her own and hasn’t looked back since. Born in South Africa, Grail immigrated to Canada when she was 17 and vowed to work hard to build a network and a new life in the country she was so proud to now call home. She put herself through school and graduated with BA from the University of Western Ontario.

Grail truly loves what she does and is honoured to have been selected as a finalist for this prestigious award.
