Christine Laperriere is the president of Leader In Motion, an organization focused on developing high potential talent, the Executive Director of the Women of Influence Advancement Centre, and the Amazon #1 Bestselling author of Too Busy to Be Happy — a guide to Using Emotional Real Estate to Grow Your Work-Life Wisdom. Each year she works with 100 high potential professionals to advance their leadership capabilities and careers, with special expertise in burnout-free high performing teams, women’s advancement and inclusive leadership.
Her background includes an undergraduate and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering, certifications in psychotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and executive coaching, along with years in design engineering and management consulting. After years as an automotive design engineer, she joined a management consulting firm and gained further expertise on restructuring and implementing organizational change. In 2008 she made the bold decision to begin her own business selling and leading sales transformations and growing the impact of high potential talent. In 2012, Leader In Motion partnered with Women of Influence to develop and grow an Advancement Centre fully focused on advancing high potential women.

She is also a regular on short list of top-ranking podcasts.
