TRANSFORMING PEOPLE INTO PERFORMERS

Human Resources is maybe one of those corporate functions that often doesn’t get the respect it deserves. In the hands of a true visionary like Bonnie DuPont, however, the ability to effectively transform systems and processes within organizations so that people can realize their full potential can galvanize an entire organization. In fact, she was named one of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women so many times; she was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2007. How’s that for “high performance”?
