For the purpose of this document “event” and “events” refers to and includes the Women of Influence Luncheon Series, Young Women of Influence Evening Series, Senior Executive Dinner Series, Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards Gala, workshops or pre-event workshops and/or any other event or event series produced by Women of Influence or one of its affiliates, partners or sponsors. “Program” or “programs” and “course” or “courses” refers to and includes any products or offerings that are sold through or as part of the Women of Influence Advancement Centre™ . “Magazine” or “magazines” and “subscription” or “subscriptions” refer to any product or offering sold through Women of Influence Magazine or Women of Influence Media.
All ticket prices for events and courses that occur in Canada are stated in Canadian Dollars.
All ticket prices for events and courses that occur in the United States are stated in U.S. Dollars.
All ticket prices for events and courses that occur in the United Kingdom are stated in British Pounds.
Subscriptions or purchases pertaining to Women of Influence Magazine are always stated in Canadian Dollars.
Womenofinfluence.ca accepts several methods of payment to accommodate your needs. If the event or course for which you are registering is located in Canada, Womenofinfluence.ca accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Interac . If the event or course for which you are registering is located in the United States, Womenofinfluence.ca accepts Visa, MasterCard and Interac.
If the event or course for which you are registering is located in the United Kingdom, womenofinfluence.ca accepts Visa, Visa Debit, and Mastercard. All payments pertaining to UK-based transactions are processed through an integrated PayPal Pro account.

All information that you provide in connection with a purchase or transaction or other monetary transaction interaction with Women of Influence must be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your credit card, debit card, or other payment method used in connection with a purchase or transaction or other monetary transaction interaction with the Women of Influence at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will pay any applicable taxes, if any, relating to any such purchases, transactions or other monetary transaction interactions.

If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with Women of Influence whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. Women of Influence will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was or was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.

On the rare occasion, events or courses are postponed. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that specific event or course. Please contact us for more information or to request a refund or a credit if you cannot attend the rescheduled event or course. Note: All speakers for our events and courses are subject to change. A change of speaker does not equate to a postponed or cancelled event and as such purchases will not be eligible for refund or credit.
If the amount you pay for a ticket, course or product is incorrect regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted on this website or otherwise communicated to you, or you are able to order a ticket, course or product before its scheduled on-sale or presale date or you are able to order a ticket, course or product that was not supposed to have been released for sale, then: Women of Influence will have the right to cancel that ticket, course or product (or the order for that ticket, course or product) and refund to you the amount that you paid. This will apply regardless of whether because of human error or a transactional malfunction of this website or other Women of Influence operated system.
In general, all purchases (event tickets, courses, subscriptions and any other program or product produced by Women of Influence or one its affiliates or partners or sponsors) are considered to be final sale and not eligible for a refund. With that said, we understand that there can be unique circumstances that prevent you from attending one of our events, courses or programs and we are here to help. Before purchasing tickets to an event or enrolling in one of our courses, carefully review the event and/or course date, city and timing.

You may request a credit for tickets purchased to an event (Women of Influence Luncheon Series, Young Women of Influence Evening Series, Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards, Senior Executive Dinner Series) up to 10 business days prior to the event date. Request for credits are subject to the discretion of Women of Influence and not all requests will be accommodated.
No refunds, transfer of tickets, or credits will be issued within 10 business days of an event.
Please note events will continue as scheduled, regardless of inclement weather.
Magazine subscriptions are always final sale and not eligible for refunds.
