You’ll get a Knightsbridge learning experience that combines:

- Powerful small group peer coaching sessions
- One-on-one expert coaching and assessment

Here’s what you’ll get:
Elevate Your Influence is available in a full 8-month format, or as an accelerated 3-month program. The program includes:
- Workshop Sessions: Half-day modules focused on critical success factors, to build knowledge and skills.
- One-on-One Coaching and Personal Assessment: Birkman™ assessment, plus one-on-one sessions with a Knightsbridge executive coach to apply the learning, gain insights and receive feedback.
- Small Group Peer Coaching: Two-hour sessions with a small group of peers and a Knightsbridge coach to share experience, develop confidence and affirm progress. (Full program participants only).
